There is in Virtual DJ - tried to change the sound settings, the latency etc etc but NOTHING works! I have also tried with different speakers without any success. I dont have this problem in Traktor which kind of rules out the possibility of a hardware malfunction. It's like a high-pitched constant tone and it's driving me up the walls right now!! There for about 15-30 seconds and then it disapears, but as soon as i press play again, the noise is back. It's comming out of one of the speakers and it's a constant sound. Get a really loud and anoying noise in virtual DJ. Everything as fine until a couple of days ago when i started to I have installed both Traktor 3 LE and Virtual DJ Pro 5.0. For best results, please also ensure that you are using the latest version of VirtualDJ Pro.About 2 weeks ago i bought the Hercules MK2. It's the built-in sound card that causes most problems. Some users have had success with BCD consoles by disabling their wireless networking and using a better quality USB cable to connect to the BCD (The one supplied with it is also very poor quality.) You should also make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for the console from If you use the console as a MIDI controller only (I.e: Do not use the built-in sound card), then it will normally work OK. A good quality reliable alternative is the Hercules DJ Console RMX. We would strongly advise avoiding using these consoles. This is due to very poor design of the hardware, in particular the chipset used by the sound card. Try using it with the latest v6.0.6 trial The BCD series of consoles are well known to be very problematic and the cause of freezing and other problems. I prefered to use OnLoad and a slightly MIX setting on VDJ, witch I cannot do now whitout turning the knob everytime I load a new song, so the whole idea of automatically OnLoad the PFL-channel when loading a new song is gone. That means you cant avoid turning that knob if you want exclusive PFL-listening. In VDJ you change CUE-MIX on the upper slider, and desired channel with the PFL-buttons (or OnLoad), right? On BCD3000 you also have the PFL-buttons but not the same CUE-MIX function on the knob, but insted PFL1-PFL2, witch overrides the buttons. Is there anyting one can change in settings somewhere for the JOG-wheels to perform faster?Īnother question about headphones mix on BCD3000: Scratching worked fine with that midi-mapping. scratching is the same and will not work in practice. Now each turn only proceeds cueing with just one beat or so, so you have to spinn it hysterically to reach a wanted CUE-point. With that mapping, the serach with the JOGwheels did run incredibly faster than now with native support. When i used theTrial-version (think that was rev4 or maby less.) I had to map the BCD3000 with a midi-mapping i found here at the Forum. It seems that all the LED:s and wheels work now with this native support, Thanks indeed TEAM! (And with the settings for BCD3000 to standardmode I dont even have to push buttons twice, i found out.) So far so good with these incredible machinery, love it allready. I have just installed my new VJD 5.0 rev5 PRO and a newborn Behringer BCD3000 and it works beautifuly.
